Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule our appointments, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees, so we have enough time to fill that appointment time (does not count weekends). Cancellations within 48 hours is a 100% charge of the service. A “no call-no show” to an appointment is 100% charge of the service. If you need to cancel an upcoming session, please reach out to us directly via email or phone. Automated confirmation texts do not alert us to replies. If you are feeling unwell in any way, please reschedule your session for the health and well-being of staff and other guests.

New Client Appointment Information

If this is your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete brief intake forms (unless advised otherwise). This will ensure that your session time will not be cut short due to filling out necessary forms. Intake forms can be emailed ahead of time upon request.

Inclement Weather Policy

We care for your safety and ours during any type of inclement weather.  In the case that weather interferes with scheduled appointments, we will contact you to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to inclement weather, please give us as much advance notice as possible. You will not be charged for rescheduling due to inclement weather.

Arrival Time

Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are late, services can be shortened to keep on schedule. Please text or call us and let us know if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we do have the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Late arrivals will not get an appointment extension. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment, it this will be at our discretion. More than 15 mins late will be charged a $25.00 late fee and will be rescheduled.
